Will my machine support the new app?
Yes. Check the software version of your machine. The version number is displayed on the screen when you power on the machine. eg. VER: 7.3
Software version 7.3 and higher supports the new app.
Please follow the software update instructions if you need to update your machine.
Can I upgrade my Titan machine to support the new app?
Yes. Check the software version of your machine. The version number is displayed on the screen when you power on the machine. eg. VER: 7.3

Where can I find the User Guide for the new app?
Do I need to uninstall the original app to use the new app?
No. Titan Drills Pro is a completely new app. You can have both apps installed on your device.
Please note - once you have updated your machine software to 7.3 the old app will not connect to your machine but you can still use the old app to transfer your drills to the new app.
What are the main differences between the new app (Titan Drills Pro) and old app (Titan Drills)?

I have many drills in the old app. How can I keep my old drills and use them on the new app?
Save your drills with QR codes and then load the drills into the new app.
After I upgrade to new app, can I still use the old app?
Yes, you can still use the old app, but the machine can no longer be controlled by old app after you upgrade the software to version 7.3.
Can I use a QR code created in the new app and use it in the old app?
No, the QR codes and drills made on the new app cannot be used in the old app.
Will the Remote Watch still work with my machine after I do the software update?
No. After the machines software is upgraded the original version of remote can not be supported. Send us your order ID to info@titanballmchines.com and we will send you a new remote.
Can we change the machine position on the court in the new app?
Yes, 4 positions are definable for pickleball. For tennis just one position is supported by the new app.
Can the new app be used on iPad and Tablet?
Yes

How does it work if my friend wants to use different drills on my machine?
You and your partner can use different drill settings in your app. The drills listed on your app are unique to you. Then machine will sync with the app that is connected.
