International Deliveries
For destination addresses outside of North America, European Member countries and UK.
Shipping directly from our factory, deliveries usually take 4-7 days via DHL or UPS express.
Please note the delivery date can be affected by country-specific customs regulations and clearance procedures. While we provide all necessary documentation for your shipment, the final delivery time is subject to customs inspections and local regulations.

Battery Shipping Notice:
Due to air transport restrictions, lithium-ion batteries for certain countries may be packaged and shipped separately from the machine, and may arrive 2–3 business days later than the main package. For specific inquiries regarding battery transport, please contact Titan Global Logistics .
