Titan ONE Tennis Ball Machine

I switched to Titan One from my tennis club's big Playmate machine and I was hoping to see some of the features available on this one to give you a perspective.
First of all the device is well built and looks and feels very sturdy. I am not sure how long the zipper top will last with daily use though and would prefer to have a lid with hinges and some kind of locking mechanism. One of the design shortcomings is the cut out inside the ball machine for storing a tennis racket. The design of this cut out is such that it prevents anywhere from 2 to 4 balls from falling into dispenser so after machine thinks it is empty, there are still up to four balls left sitting on that gap. Changing design a bit would help prevent this problem. And even though it is an interesting solution for storing a racket, I don't see any serious tennis players storing their racket inside this ball machine, as it probably will get scratched, not to mention that most players have more than one racket with them. Another shortcoming in my mind is exposed wires and boards that could be seen through the dispenser opening in front of the machine. On several occasions, the ball that i hit flew inside the dispenser opening and I worry that one of these unfortunate balls, will break an electronics board or rip off a wire or do something sinister to the internal component since they're absolutely exposed inside the machine. Without any internal covers, this components also collect quite a bit of ball fuzz, which is probably not good for the electronics.
Now on to my functionality wish list. First of all, when the ball machine is first turned on with a power button, it should not be automatically starting to fire balls. it has to go in to standby/pause mode to wait for the user to connect the app and select the desired pattern. Now, when I turn on the machine, I have to wait for it to boot up and then catch the moment to hit the power button again to stop it from firing before i connect the app. An option to turn off the ball machine from the app would be nice too. Apple watch app to start/stop the ball machine would be nice. No accurate way to assess the remaining battery charge. My battery dies shortly after the indicator shows about half and turns yellow. The five LED indicators on the front of the machine would be a perfect place to display how much battery is left by illuminating one, two … five LEDs.
Lastly the app. Very basic options are missing. For example narrow or wide deep random forehand and backhand. If random direction is selected, the machine starts shooting all over teh place including outside of the tennis court. Why would Titan team program something like that? Please add random narrow spread. And when I say random I mean random just between two present directions, not random out of 15 or so that is in the app first and last few of which shooting outside of the court boundaries.
I have used the ball machine for just about three weeks now and i am sure the above list is not a comprehensive one, but with all the mentioned shortcomings, I could not find a better ball machine for my needs (throwing it in the trunk filled with balls and ready to go, with good ball speed, relatively consistent feed and easily removable and rechargeable battery. Overall good job team Titan and tanks!

I am about a 2.5 recreational player starting tennis again after a decade or so of not playing. I have never used a ball machine before. It is very fun to hit with!
I've had the Titan One for a couple weeks. It is easy to put it in the back of the truck and take to my local high school court. I love using the drills with clear instructional videos, otherwise I would probably do the same boring things all the time. The only down sides are that the last 4 or so balls will not feed into the machine, and a good amount of the fuzz on the balls seems to get taken off by the machine. Runs for about 4 hours or so on a charge.

The Titan One tennis ball machine arrived 1 week after placing my order. The machine made the trip from Deloit, Iowa to Orlando, FL in extremely good packaging with very firm protective styrofoam inside a thick cardboard box. The machine was beautifully designed with high quality materials. The outer plastic shell is a very strong and durable black plastic and the metal components inside are beautifully powder coated and of thick gauge steel making them very robust. The motors and electronic components all look very strong and reliable. The zippable top hopper design is nice to keep the balls and any valuables secure and clean.

After charging the battery the machine came to life with its lights and ringtone. I've used it a few times and it can shoot the ball in a similar manner to a very good player hitting at you. When the carousel is empty the light turns red and the machine enters a wait state while you pick the balls and refill the hopper.

Overall the purchase and ownership of this machine has motivated me to practice more tennis. I bring the machine to the court and if I want to practice my serves I use it as a ball hopper. Then if I want to hit all the other strokes I fire up the machine and shoot the ball to simulate a shot I want to work on. I use my phone as the remote at the bench to trigger the machine on and then walk to the hitting area after the startup delay. Currently I only use about 15 balls in the machine. After I practice the strokes I refill the machine or practice my serves. In the future I'll fill it with more balls to make the hitting more continuous.

Overall it's a fantastic tennis ball machine. I was able to transport it using the back of an SUV and it fits in the cargo area like a piece of luggage. It has good grip areas to slide and hoist it in and out of SUV without any problems. Thank you Titan for making a fantastic tennis ball machine!!

We received the Titan Machine within 14days. The variety of options to adjust the machine with the titan app is impressive. Benchmark in the industry.

I absolutely love my Titan Ball Machine ! It is AMAZING ! The App is easy to use and the machine performs wonderfully . Truly amazing machine !
