What’s New in the Titan Drills Pro Update?
This update introduces two key features: PIN Code Verification and Rapid Fire Mode.
PIN Code Verification – What is it?
When connecting the app to a machine for the first time, the machine will display a PIN code on screen. You’ll need to enter this code in the app to complete the connection. Once paired, the app and machine will automatically recognize each other for future connections, preventing accidental connections from other users' phones.
Rapid Fire Mode – What is it?
Designed specifically for Pickleball machines, Rapid Fire Mode delivers balls at the fastest possible feed rate to support fast hands volley training. You can activate it from the top-left menu in the app.
Do I need to update the machine firmware?
Yes, to use both features the machine firmware must be updated to V4.0.0.
How the PIN Code Verification Works
On the first connection, the machine displays a PIN code on screen. Enter the PIN on the app to pair the phone to the machine.
By default, the PIN will not be required for subsequent connections to the same machine.
If you need to connect your phone to a different machine, go to Advanced Settings in the app and unpair the current machine (listed as "Titan").
PIN Code Verification for Club Users
In club environments, users may want to enter a PIN each time to avoid connecting to the wrong machine.
To enable this feature:
- Long press the + and – buttons simultaneously on the machine to enter the Settings menu.
- Turn on PIN Code Verification for each use.
