My Titan One pickleball machine has suddenly started firing balls at a very fast rate for all of my drills. It ignores the feed settings for every drill. For example, I might have the feed rate set to 3 seconds between balls, but the machine fires balls in quick succession (maybe every 0.5s).
I have tried creating new drills, updating the software via the app, but the problem persists. Can someone please help?
For anyone that might have this issue in the future: I contacted support and they helped me resolve the issue - one of the connectors on the board must have been loose - after unplugging the wires and plugging them back in, my machine is using the correct feed rate now.
