  I’ve been feeling totally fried. The last two weeks I’ve barely slept through the night—either I’m dreaming in dashboards or waking up wondering if our reporting lag is throwing off performance metrics. I’m constantly refreshing data panels, chasing inconsistencies, and second-guessing every drop or spike. Even my appetite’s weirdly off, like I’m too tense to eat properly. I used to be excited by analytics, but now it’s just anxiety on a loop.
