I just bought a Titan Pickleball Machine. I charged the battery, plugged it into the machine, and turned on the machine. I downloaded the App on my phone and pressed the "Connect to Titan" button. Unfortunately, I received an error merssage stating that the "connection to the machine timed out." When I tried again, the same thing happened.
I also tried pairing my phone's bluetooth to the machine. I was told that the machine rejected the pairing.
So how do I connect my App to my machine? Thanks so much.
Did you get any resolution to this problem? I have this same problem while updating my machine to the latest firmware required by the new Titan Drill Pro app.
I had the same problem with my new machine. I updated the software to v4.2.2 and the installation completed but I was still unable to connect. I powered the machine down and closed the app, then started both again. I updated the software again, the installation completed again and I was able to connect.
Please review the following points to address any connection issues
App Compatibility: If you are using the New TITAN-DRILLS-PRO App, please ensure that your machine has been upgraded to version 7.3. The original version 7.2 can only operate with the original TITAN-DRILLS app. If you need to upgrade, please refer to the guidelines available at this link.
Correct Machine Model: If you are already using the TITAN-DRILLS-PRO App, please verify that you have selected the correct machine model. On the main screen of the app, click the TITAN icon to choose the appropriate model. For example, if your machine is a Tennis model but you selected the Pickle option in the app, they will not connect.
Unpairing the Device: If the app still fails to connect, please navigate to the Top-Left menu -> TITAN Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Unpair Device. After unpairing, attempt to reconnect. If the issue persists, kindly go to next step to record how you were using App to connect and the operator record.
Operator Record: If the app continues to have connection problems, please go to TITAN Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Operator Record. Copy the latest record and share it with us for further assistance. (this feature can only be available at APP version 1.0.22). PLEASE ALSO RECORD A VIDEO SHOWING HOW YOU WERE USING THE APP TO SET UP THE CONNECTION
I have a different problem. We have multiple users on the machine and when I went to connect and did not have my glasses on I guess it asked if I wanted to use the Eure that was on the machine from a previous person. I am not sure if it defaults to that, but it seems to have wiped out my version of drills, which was highly modified with a lot of custom drills. Is there a way to get my previous version back which is no longer on my phone. It looks like my app was changed. Please tell me there is a way to recover the previous version as much time was spent modifying everything.
