  When I start a drill, it runs as set at the beginning. After 2-3 rounds, the ball machine adjusts itself and then throws the balls 1-2 points further forward from the direction. For example, instead of 14, 12. This continues throughout the whole drill and I don't change it anymore. It seems as if the machine is then incorrectly calibrated. If you turn the machine off and on again, it works correctly again, but only for 2-3 rounds. Then it runs incorrectly again. What is the problem? Thanks

  I have had a simialr probelm. Brand new. First super weak and balls won't reach the net. Next time all the ball are long no matter how I have the distance set on the app.

  I have had the machine on the court twice and it did not work. Been in contact with CS for a month.

  This is their last reply to me: "Jim, It is a complicated case. We are reviewing it in our internal group. We will let you know when done."

  "We will let you know when done." That's a clown response for cutomer serrvice.
