Tip: Use feed rate "1" on the first ball

  • If you enjoy rally-like drills that challenge your movement:

    • approach & volley
    • baseline side-to-side
    • serve, volley & getting lobbed

Try Feed Rate "1" for the first ball in a drill, then run that drill as a loop. This will give you about 10 seconds to rest and recover back to the baseline between each loop.

Great for approach & volley drills that end at the net.

It's also nice for rally-simulation baseline drills, because the 10 second gap simulates point play (with a gap between rallies).

Because it gives me a brief rest between loops, my stamina is better-maintained through the entire hopper of balls, which gives me higher-quality practice.
