Brand new Titan Ace machine received. The machine is unable to connect to the app. Uninstalled 3 times and restarted. Network settings reset on the iPhone.

I've had the same problem with mine... several times. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I've had it for 2 months and it was a demo/used 5 times when I bought it. I'm waiting to hear a solution.
I don't know if this will help at all. I just purchased the Titan Ace and had an issue connecting also. I realized that the location services needed to be enabled for it to connect. I'm using an Android phone. It may be a different issue with the iPhone.
