@Titan Product-Manager can it be set to not start shooting immediately after turning on?
Yes. I lost a ball which was shot way over the fence into the street when I first turned on the machine.. it makes no sense that after me powering up it starts shooting balls immediately.
Phil,: You can change setting to press the M button before machine shoot balls out. It can be made in Setting Menu of the machine.
@Phil Karlin I figured out today that if you change the settings for manual mode i. e. Change speed from 12 to 2 , then the machine will use those settings next time it starts up. I suggest doing s...
Thank you for the explanations. I should be receiving my machine soon, I think. I will follow this protocol. Thanks again.

@James Mckoy About one month. About 10 hours of use so far. I too had a Tutor, sold it, bought a Spinshot and sold it. They just didn't do what I wanted very well so didn't get much use. I really, ...
@Phil Karlin agreed the default speed is wayyy too high and I've also had the issue of waiting for my phone to connect.
Hi Phil, I haven't received the machine yet. I plan to use it with my children. What advice would you give to avoid any danger? Also which balls do you use?
@Terry McCarthy how long have you had it? I've just switched from a PB tutor and testing my new Ace tomorrow. Any newbie tips? The instructions seem minimal.
First of all, I like my Ace. But, the default settings for Manual mode are a threat to life and limb, or at least to an innocent bystander's eye. That the default action of hitting the power...
Agreed! Washing machine technique helps. After a recent drill session I used the air dry mode with 80 balls and two beach towels in our dryer after balls getting wet. Worked like a champ. This Tita...
@Terry McCarthy it's best to at least wash new balls in the washing machine or lightly sand the balls which will drastically reduce ball residue on the wheels.
@Sarah @ Titan if you modify a drill how do you get it back to the original setting on the app if you want to revert back?
Hello all, I just received my Titan Ace machine last week, and I am stuck on how to use the Mega-drill function to create a combination of forehand (FH) and backhand (BH) groundstroke drills that w...
I just recieved my machine last week and had the same question as Pam. I look forward to having the ability to have more drills on the app. Ernie
While not necessary, you can also use sandpaper to clean any residue on the wheels.
Martin, you can deactivate the LED in the machine menu settings. Please refer to the User Manual for instructions on how to access the menu for settings
I'd love to have some LED brightness controls in the app. I'm using the machine in my garage and the green LED is blinding as I stare at the machine waiting for balls to fly. Thanks!
